Communication Boundaries
Parents stay in the loop. We advise that all messaging regarding scheduling or feedback includes a parent or guardian. We discourage private social media connections between trainers and minors.
Physical Professionalism
Hands-off coaching. Trainers are expected to use verbal instruction and demonstration rather than physical contact to correct form. Professional boundaries are paramount.
Zero Tolerance Policy
Respect is mandatory. We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct. Any violation results in immediate removal from the platform.
Verified Introductions
We don't do blind dates. Our matching process is designed to ensure you know exactly who you are speaking with before the first session ever happens.
1. Your Coach Accepts
When a coach accepts your request, you will see their name and full profile on your booking page, so you know exactly who you are working with.
2. Your Coach Calls You
We share your contact details with your coach so they can call or text you to agree a first session date. Only fully screened coaches who have signed our agreement ever receive them.
3. You Sign and Pay on One Screen
Once the date is in, you sign a short waiver and pay for your package on your booking page. Nothing is charged before then.
